Hi @Jimboo, the blocks on your account were due to the migration error, I apologize for that, they are removed now.

You are welcome to withdraw or proceed as you please as a matter of fact :D

@TonyC, The request on your account was an error, apologies for that, it is something that affected multiple customers due to the StanJames migration. The error is deleted and it should all be good now :)

@shanemaz, I can't seem to find any error in your account, all seems to be fine now.

Could you let me know if you are still experiencing any difficulties and what the bug is exactly so I can double check a bit more in depth?

Hi @Johndfc and welcome to the Community :) I wasn't able to find any block on your account however I see that there is a request to accept the updated Terms and Conditions. You should get a pop up when trying to log in the main site, reading the terms and clicking "Accept" should solve the issue. Are you not able to log in at all?

Please let me know a bit more in detail about what error you are experiencing and I'll be more than happy to assist you in this.
