I see that I have 2 community freeroll tickets expiring tommorrow but no tournament associated with them right now. Have missed out on them? I'm not too pleased as I have also lost 2 x 2euro mtt tickets which I used to register to a couple of tournaments which ended up running during my downtime.Are these tickets useless now? FreedoM Posted February 28, 2018 Share Posted February 28, 2018 @thor Yes the Freeroll was Sunday i think, as for the other tickets the problem was on your side so you can try and talk to a mod @JeppeL or @RayL about it and maybe your lucky and get them back or you can learn from it not to register early for games, because we live in a mad world where everything is possible. As tickets lost to downtime, thats between you and virgin media. Virgin wont reimburse your gaming loss but they should compensate you for 9 days worth of downtime which should more than cover your mtt loss. You should also seek compensation for loss of internet which caused difficulties to your personal life. That should get you at least 1 month free. I registered for tournaments which were quite quite far ahead in the future little knowing that it would take nine days for my broadband to come back. In actual fact one of them was for a tournament later on today so at least my strategy worked for one of them. I only hope my internet problems have been sorted permanently.
