RayL Posted February 27, 2018 Share Posted February 27, 2018 Hi @FilipWin, I had a chat with the Security department and it seems that they need to verify your account before withdrawal, as it's a policy with our customers in order to be in line with the market regulations. The message was indeed confusing since there was no extra information in the account on what is needed, but now you will find the document request in your account and can easily upload the requested documents. :) An ID and a proof of your registered address is needed to complete this verification, let me know once you did and I will gladly take a look and forward them to be verified :) /Ray Former Community Moderator Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

It’s Exactly the same, and now i can’t even play Because it says that i’m not verified But i am When i click in on the verifie section it says that i am verified! There seems to be a bug with that verification message saying that it's completed, it's solved now and you can upload the pictures directly in your account now if you wish, appologies for that. As I can see, a colleague from the Customer Service department sent you an e-mail yesterday with a detailed explanation of what is requested as well. You can reply to that e-mail with the documents requested or you can send them to contact@unibetcommunity.com and we will attach them to your profile and sort it out. Thank you LC CB.As an ex Stan James customer with credit in my account, I have not made a deposit to Unibet and find I can not make a withdrawl until I make a deposit.I appreciate that you need a payment/withdrawal method but the system is now asking that I make a deposit from bank so I can withdraw. As the money in my account won't have come from any of this source will it allow me to withdraw and as I used paypal for my original £20 Nov 2016 surerly it should be paid into Paypal. RayL Posted May 4, 2018 Share Posted May 4, 2018 @Hivenhoe Hey Russ :) Under normal circumstances the above would be correct, usually you do need to make a deposit in order to withdraw but there are a couple of exceptions and yours is one of them.I had a chat with the guys responsible for the financial transactions and they confirmed that in your case a "Bank Withdrawal" is the optimal way to withdraw your migrated funds from StanJames.Could you let me know if you are having difficulties with it?
