Account Locked due to Stan James migration

Me too. I had an account with SJ up to about 10 years ago. Now when I try to place a bet on Unibet, after many years as an account holder, I get the message 'Sorry, the maximum allowed stake is £0'. When I went to Chat, I was advised that I would ' have to accept or decline the offer' !!

No judicial review with Bookies. I don't know how you get past the poor collaborators on Chat.

@guoaihua, There seems to be a technical issue limiting the access of quite a substantial number of players at the moment.

Unfortunately at the moment I can't provide you with an estimate but the guys are working over the clock to resolve this inconvenient and get you back online.

Thank you for your patience and understanding, I will do my best and keep you posted!

I wish I knew what was going on.

I have same issue, service not available for well over 48 hours now.

There isn't any information anywhere about the issues or what's going on. Live chat when I last went on was estimated to be 1 hour wait. I gave up.

Very poor service from Unibet.

Hi @Mas, I sincerely apologize to you and anybody affected by the Stan James migration, and I certainly appreciate you bringing this to the community, it has been a crazy couple of days for the guys in the UK Customer Service and Security department with an unusually high amount of contacts.

I am glad to hear that everything is in order and the account is successfully migrated, seems that our efforts paid off, welcome in our midst :)

I still seem to be experiencing this bug. I'm a former Stanjames account holder. When I login into account and try to click on 'sports' or 'bet history', I keep getting the  'Service is not available now, please try again later message'. I've tried turning on flash, deleting cookies,  turing off adblocker without any luck. Any suggestions? Issue been going on  since Stanjames switched over.

Hi @emmet50, I just had a chat with the UK guys and the account you are currently using is created under Maltese Jurisdiction. This a problem since your market is a regulated one and it has to be under it's own regulation.

I've sent you a private message with the specifics of creating a new account, let me know when you managed to create your new account and I will gladly follow up on transferring your funds and any pending bets.

Let me know if you encounter any issues by tagging me in this thread. :)

Hi @TS1000 and welcome to the Community. Thank you for letting us know about this error, I have contacted the Sportsbook and asked them to analyze any regularities on your account and set it accordingly. The bug you are experiencing is due to the Migration and can be removed manually :)

We will update you as soon as we get word back from the guys from tech.

Let me know if I can assist you with anything else.

@TS1000 apologies for that, I just got word from the Sportsbook department and the Bug wasn't removed the first time.

They have now confirmed that all should be good with your account. Please note that limits might still occur and the thread bellow contains information regarding this matter:
