Hello,

 

I made 6 bettings in the last half hour of this game because of the score showing 1-0.

In minute 93 your feed was updating to a 1-1 score so i lost all bettings. As i was wondering i checked online to see if this was right and found out the result was already 1-1 in minute 59, which would made me never betting.

Is there a policy on issues like this?

Most of the time there is similar error when a team didn't score but it shows it is. I think it happens when there is a goal from an off-side and most of the sites correct the score in a minute usually. At Unibet i think it even shows in Events " this team didn't score" .

In your case it was quite the oppossite and it's even more misleading IMO. That's why I always have another site with different layout or live-streaming open or the most simple solution which doesn't entice you to bet:

Yesterday something weird was happening on the site too.  some match was 2-1 but every time i'd log in it showed 3-2 .After clicking on it would go back to 2-1 lol.

A tenis match had the same thing.

Tried clearing the cache but still the same. Later in the day it fixed itself.

Thank you for your reply, i should have know as i was doubting when i saw the odds, showed unrealistic on a 1-0 score in the last minutes (13). So i have learned and will check double in the futher. it was free poker money anyway...
