Can you start with a basic troubleshooting and try a different browser? Let me know of the result :) P.S. Could it be related to the language changes in my account? JeppeL Posted February 27, 2018 Share Posted February 27, 2018 Just heard back from a software engineer: the issue is a misconfiguration in the backend and it's being looked at by someone within the Payment Provider Team - at the moment though, the provider is down all together so they're a bit busy. Really sorry for this inconvenience @GothMoth, do you perhaps have any poker tickets which normally couldn't be exchanged into another series?
