JeppeL
@grabut We'll have a look at the case and get back to you on your feedback and issue, but It'll take a bit to review it all so please bare with us.In the meantime, I have to ask that you stop breaking our community guidelines continuously and let you know that if you continue to do so, we'll have to ban your writing access until we've had a chance to review your feedback and help out the best we can. We've had to remove numerous posts of yours because you call us nasty words and criminals, and quite frankly it's unnecessary drama - which is why I let you know in another thread to take a look around the community, because if we really are stealing peoples money like you insist, this forum would be littered with similar cases. But conveniently to what seems like an agenda of yours, you chose not to respond to that part of my post. It's my day off so I'm going to respond to your posts for the rest of the night, but I'll review the information Ray gathers about the case and get back to you appropiately - so for now it's behave or ban :)Have a great evening,/Jeppe Former Community Manager
JeppeL
@grabut I had a look at the case and one of your chats with a CS agent. First of all I want to apologize for the poor level of compassion shown in the chat, I said it earlier in an unrelated thread, that here on Unibet Community we take the good with the bad - this is an example of the latter. In regards to the requested documents, the reason the drivers license you've sent can't approved is that it doesn't have a picture of you on it. For regulatory reasons we cannot approve photo identification if the document is photoless - since we are a regulated company, I believe it would be against the law for us to do so.Do you have any official government issued photo ID you could send a picture of? As of now it's not allowed for us to complete a withdrawal without approving this kind of document./Jeppe Former Community Manager
grabut
I only have to abide by UK law not unibet law. Your a very poor bookie.Edit by Jeppe-Unibet: Removed senseless name calling.
FreedoM
@grabut From you comments it's pretty clear you have the brain of a 16 year old, and maybe that's why you are in this situation. Ive been on unibet a long time and never had any problems, that's why everytime i see a sad sack like yourself here i absolutely know his head is in the clouds and all the problems are on his end. Its remarkable how your not banned by this point. For you knowledge unibet it's the best room in the world/bookie.
JeppeL
@grabut As a gaming company we follow UK Gaming law, if we didn't, we wouldn't be allowed to operate there - In UK Gaming Law it's not stated that a photoless drivers license is valid for photo identification.Feel free to think of us what you want, but there is now "Unibet law", only Terms and Conditions which you agreed to follow when creating your account. The issue with your document is described above, lets stick to that so you can get your money withdrawn.Lastly if I have to remove or edit anymore of your post for breaking community guidelines which have already been explained for you, I must refer to UK Customer Support for any more information. I have been very patient in terms of removing and editing your posts, but there are too many other members here who also need assistance for me to keep doing so./Jeppe Former Community Manager
