Trouble with a withdrawal

Help me please. I need to make a withdrawal with urgency of a value that I have with you. I've never had any problem in withdrawals at other sites, always in the matter of hours. And here it is being different. I already sent the documents, they do not answer me. I need to sort this out TODAY.

@fredcvo Welcome :)

This is an open forum, meaning that the information is available for all Unibet players so they can be part of what's going on, become more knowledgeable, help out and give their opinion/advice.
So in the spirit of openness, for us to look into a case I have to ask that you please explain how we can help or what the issue and nature of your case is if there is one - we process thousands of withdrawals every day without any problems, so if are having trouble making one I'm sure there's a reason for it which we certainly can look into and try and help you out with :)
You shouldn't give any account sensitive information and we can see everything in the back offices, but for a post only saying that you've sent documents never had an issue making a withdrawal on specific other sites and then to contact you directly, I must insists either of the above or that you get in touch with your local customer support who I'm sure would be happy to help as well :)

Ok, the chat does not solve like the questions and besides everything turns off in the face. I already sent 3 emails with documents, and they did not respond to me. I had to go to chat today again after not getting an answer by email. I just want you to check my question and solve it as quickly as possible.

@fredcvo The documents you've sent have already been approved and you should be able to see that from your account menu :) In regards to the circumstances sorrounding the withdrawal itself, I'm checking up on it to see if I can change anything, but the first attempt was reversed because the amount in your account hadn't been wagered at least one time over. We don't allow withdrawals that haven't at least been wagered once because it's not in accordance with international money laundering rules for us to do so.

@fredcvo This part of my part of previous response is relevant to your last question:

"In regards to the circumstances sorrounding the withdrawal itself, I'm checking up on it to see if I can change anything, but the first attempt was reversed because the amount in your account hadn't been wagered at least one time over. We don't allow withdrawals that haven't at least been wagered once because it's not in accordance with international money laundering rules for us to do so."

This means that if you e.g deposit €100, then you have e.g bet for at least €100 before it can be withdrawl - it doesn't mean you have to lose the €100, but there has to be play made for €100.
As mentioned that is the comment I see on your acount from the payments department at the moment, do you remember when you made your deposit here and have you ever played?

Friend, please help me. So I want to sort this out. When it was still what was bought by unibet, I deposited thousands of times through the skrill, and threw a thousand hands. I received an email from unibet speaking my account everything is okay to continue on unibet. I'd like to get out of Skrill and solve all my problems.

I did some digging @fredcvo and it seems the withdrawal was reversed in error. We have the rule as I mentioned earlier, but it seems your balance was actually there because it was transferred over from another site we previously acquired and that detail was missed when checking the first withdrawal attempt - apologies. It's been fixed now and the withdrawal you've made recently should be approved without further hassle :)

@fredcvo You're very welcome, I'm glad to have been of help :) In regards to the withdrawal I'm afraid it'll have to be processed by bank transfer. It was the withdrawal you requested and subsequently sent in the correct documents to approve, meaning we can now confirm we're sending the money to the correct person and the withdrawal is in process.

@fredcvo That must have been in the past before the migration, unfortunately I have to dissapoint on the request as Skrill withdrawals aren't available for your market, so we'll have to run with the bank transfer option and stick to the withdrawal already in process.

In regards to the Skrill option not being available for you anymore, these are decisions we sometimes have to make from market to market - there's a thread about it here as well.

Hi @fredcvo,

A quick update on your withdrawal, you are right, the money on your account does come from the Bet24 migration and there is no impediment for you to withdrawal yet.

The amount you tried to withdraw yesterday was in the processing list and I tried to get it approved, but due to a technical issue, it was reversed in your account.

I would like to ask you to start a withdraw, and let me know here in this thread when you did by tagging me in your response.

I understand this has been a hassle for you, thank you for your patience and understanding in this matter, I will follow up on it and do my best to get it paid out today!

@fredcvo, The Security department confirmed that your withdrawal was approved, the system will process it within a couple of hours and it should leave Unibet today, early evening :)

Thank you for your patience and if there is anything else we can do for you, please let us know!

@fredcvo, The banking details that were implemented when the withdrawal was requested seem to be incorrect, thus the withdrawal being reversed unfortunately, again!

To be more specific, your SWIFT code, seems to be the problem.

On our side, everything is fine and ok to withdraw, what I would like to ask you to do is double check the SWIFT with your local bank and specify that you are requesting International payments the SWIFT code most probably differs from what you provided.

You can try to request the withdraw again whenever you think you have the correct banking details or you can send us a bank statement showing your name, IBAN, and SWIFT and we will create your withdraw manually.

Let me know which option suites you better and on any steps you would like me to take in resolving your withdraw :)

I've been trying to make the withdrawal for four days. You could help me solve this once and for all, make the withdrawal via skrill or neteller, which was the method I used to deposit. If it was not possible I will do it via bank transfer again. I have the urge to continue playing poker with you, but if the withdrawal is so time-consuming, there is no chance.
