Problem with withrawal

Hello, I made two withdrawals on the 15.02. One arrived to my account the next day. The next one I am still waiting for. I made three new withdrawals the next days but there is something weird. When I withdrew the money it says that my bank is "Sparebank 1 Hadeland". My real bank is "Sparebank 1 Telemark". I tried to add a new "card" but this did not work. I contacted the live chat and they told me that it was alright to withdraw as long as the account number was right and the bank. But I se now that the it still says "under behandling" or that the withdrawal is waiting to be accepted. This process usually does not take more than a couple of hours. Today the three withdrawals, each some 500 nok each were sent again as one withdrawal (1750nok)

Will I get the money soon or can you spot some problem ? Thank you

Hi @kjelli93

Due to a technical error that occurred within the systems of our Norwegian payment provider, the accumulated sum of 1750 NOK was now re routed to a different provider and is waiting approval. :)

The guys in the payments department assured me that your withdrawal will be paid out the day after tomorrow the latest.

After this process is finished, the transaction times are entirely up to the payment providers but please note that this new payment channel might take longer than what you experienced in the past!

Thank you for your answere. Very assuring :) I am also waiting for a withdrawal done 15.02. 620nok. Strangely a withdrawal later that day came trough the next day. Do you think this withdrawal will be at my account within the next days ? :)

And I am also a little confused. Is it normal to get the money in the day it is paid out by you ? Or does that mean it takes like two more days before it reaches my account ? I just really need the money at my account before friday. Sorry for bothering you

@kjelli93. I've contacted the payments department and asked them to start a trace on the withdrawal made on the 15th, it's strange indeed to see that both transactions were successfully paid out but only one of them reached your account.

I will hopefully have an answer about that as soon as we receive word from the payment providers.

In regards to the 1.750 NOK withdrawal, the new payment provider according to the info received from the Payments team takes somewhere from 3 to 5 days to process a request, which is indeed slower than the one before, but at the moment to my understanding it's the best option.

Let me know in the meantime if I can assist you with anything else. :)

Well thank you. Tought I am still not sure if I understood you correct. It takes 3-5 days for you to process. Does that mean I will get the money 3-5 after i withdraw or is it like additional 2 days after that before I receive my money?. I hope you solve the problem with the 620. I received 610 on my account 15.02 but they are from an earlier withdrawal ammounting 630 kroner.  Any news from the payment provider today ?

Hope the 1750 is processed today as "promised"

I am Norwegian too and are waiting for 2 withdrawals. And in Unibet Norway it says  "withdrawal will be processed within 24 hours". And "the money will be in your bank-account about 3-5 days".

It is not so many months ago, when you ask for a withdrawal one day and you got the money at that day, or at least the day after. Now it seems to be more slow. But I hope both @kjelli93 and me got the money soon. Maybe before the weekend :)

@IH Are you a Norwegian too? It is strange that Unibet Norway have started with so slow payment.

Because  it says: "Please allow 24 hours processing time for withdrawal" and "The money are in your bank-account within 3-5 days".

@RayL So Ryamond, what`s happen here? I have asked for 2 withdrawals, 1500,-NOK and 8000,-NOK, but it still says "Withdrawal is processed" ("Uttak behandles" in Norwegian). And it is more than 24 hours since I requested them.

I need the money very fast and I have always been very pleased with Unibet, because i have not have any problems with withdrawals and have always got them very fast. But if it starts like this with 1-2 weeks for the withdrawals, I will start to play in another casino where the payment is more faster. And I think no players here are surprised over that decision.

Can you,please,  take at look at this @RayL?

Hi @steppek77 , @IH and @kjelli93.
My sincere apologies for being late with the response, I just spoke to the guys at Payments about this issue with Norway.
Due to market restrictions in Norway, we had to switch to another payment provider, directly affecting the transaction times, this is why all customers within Norway, experienced this delay.
The good news is that all withdrawals were compiled yesterday and we are most probably going to be able to pay out all withdrawals during today.
From the moment the withdrawals left Unibet, the funds are going to be in your account according to the bank's quickness in processing your withdrawal.
I understand the worry, after all, we are talking about money, but according to our Payments team this delay is was temporary and your next withdrawal will be processed in the usual times that you are used to.
Apologies for any inconvenience caused in this matter and as always, feel free to post your question or concern and we will do our best to get it solved!

No money here either. And I trusted @RayL because he said we would be soon have the money in our account. But sorry, @RayL it seems that is not correct. Because when I check my withdrawals now, it comes up : " The withdrawals processed".. Still processed since 21. February? ??? Even it says in Unibet Norway: "Allow 24 hours processed time for withdrawals.".. A normal day at the work for most of the people in the world. What are Unibets staff doing? Relaxing? In London ? This is not good at all Unibet. To me who has always trusted Unibet when it comes to deposits or withdrawals. I don`t think at the moment, that I will play at Unibet anymore. Because this is too bad for me. I have been a loyal and regular depositorat unibet since 2005.  And have never have any doubt to play at Unibet, but now? I think you know the answer..

Regarding withdraws, when the state is "processed" it's completely out of our hands after that. This is not a process we can speed up as we don't own the banks or the service providers.

I do apologize for the delay with the withdraws, but unfortunately there was nothing we could do about it. Please bear in mind that the money moves during "business days" which does not include weekends.

Thank you for the answer, @ReCorpH. But I thought when it says in Unibet that the withdrawals are still processed, the money are still in Unibets hands? Because otherwise it always come this message: "The processed is finish".

I did not expect money in the weekend. I know the banksystem in Norway :)

At the "Help" in Unibet Norway it is a message from the support: "Withdrawals requested from 14. February to 22. February, can be expected in bank-account no later than Monday 26th February. Sorry for the inconvience and the delay."

So I thought, if the money hasn`t left Unibet yet, how can the money be in my bank-account today? Because in Unibet it says my withdrawals are still under process..

@kjelli93 and @IH have you got the money today?
