At the moment we are experiencing general poker software issue affecting all our customers. We are aware of the issue and reported it to our technical team. At this time however we do not have the specific timeframe when it will be resolved. As soon as it will be done , all accounts should be updated . Please check the account later on. I am really sorry for the inconvinience

Hey there,

I'm unable to log in either via mobile or laptop.  Keep saying "re-connecting" for the longest period and then says I've been logged out.   I can only log into my account via web browser.

Am I to think there is a problem at Unibet's end?

@Shnishna @Svesun @Rushbie @jokers @yeeppp @DaisyDuke01 Many apologies for the server down time early this morning, if there where any payout issues please do let us know which tournament/cash game hand and we'll have those sorted manually!

@Tymerc Thanks a lot for relaying the message you got from the agent here on the community!

@HelloUnibet Sounds like very bad timing for an issue like this appear, sorry :(

Todays evening I have played all High and Low UOS tours and get disconnect two times. First time I back up quickly, but then I get disconnect ~40 min. Tournaments have fast structure and when I could to log-in I have half of bb in 25UOS, two bb in 2UOS and auto eliminated in 25UOS r/a, when I had average stack before disconnect. I want to fight for UOS leaderboard, but todays tournamets go to trash and that is not my fault, cause my Internet connection was fine. I hope that I can get some refund.
