This has never happened to me on online poker. My table suddenly froze and I am still unable to do nothing about it. I want a refund ASAPwtf2.thumb.png.8fab5728b28098a6f1387a89fbbc54ba.png

My alias is Mora94. This is insane on such a big poker site. Very bad for your brand, stop making such aggresive advertisments and promotions if your software is that bad.

I'm sorry about the software freezing @Mora, you're right that it shouldn't happen and I'm glad it's not something we see often, though you have our apologies.

I would be happy to have the poker team do a compensation, but on this one there's nothing to compensate as you actually blinded into a prize of €11.97 - but please do let us know if it happens again in the future and we'll sort it out.
