Alot of crashes and not able to add on in quals

Hi!

I have a lot of problem with client crashes, it affects my game alot, especially when it happends during final tables, when im in a hand in cash or HU. I have reported it before and now I have an additional problem, last week it happends two times that i wasnt able to add on in supernova and milkyway qualifiers and ofc i busted since thoose recuier add on. I was in contact with live chat were i was told that they cant give a refound when nothing is wrong. I tried to explain to him how the qualifiers work but he didnt seem to know anything about the poker client and asked me to send an email but it wasnt really clear what he wanted me to do so i write here instead.

The crashes are happening daily about 2-15 times a day and the no addon qualifiers was #7686145 nova qual and #659945939 milky qual. Everybody els was able to add on so it was very weird.

Now it happened again, client shut down and i timed out my aks on the btn in qualifier to UO 50, thoose hands are essential to get value from so its a big loss to be sit out when u finaly get dealt them! At the same time I couldent add on in 5 eur 1000 Multiverse! so now im the shorty. Its not manageble to play add on mtts when the addon work for everybody but me. I have done the dxdiag thing but dont know how to attach it

Hi @triceraatopp,

Really sorry to hear about those issues.

Past few months we've been working intensely on solving these random crashes and last week our devs managed  come up with a possibly final solution. We will release the fixses  with our next poker client release which should be in about 2 weeks from now. Meanwhile I will have a look on those tournaments and will get back to you on PM.

Very sorry for any inconvenience.

Thanks,

Cédrick

Thank you @Unibet-Cédrick , I really hope it will work this time, I havent heard anything back from the poker team yet but Ive sent all dxdiag and windows log files, yesterday it crashed 3 times in important spots again sadly. I havent got any compensation for any of this yet, except for the two times when the client shut down for everybody (about 1 month ago and then 3 days ago).

I hope someone can get back to me soon, last time I reported this I also sent my dxdiag and everything but I never heard back from anybody nor did I get any compensation. I play a lot on Unibet and pay quite a bit in rake every week so I think its fair to get compensated when the software put me in this situations.

Big hopes for the new release :D

@triceraatopp I assume you're reffering to this report: https://www.unibetcommunity.com/t5/Bug-Reports/Poker-client-crash-problem-back-after-update/idi-p/126533 - very sorry for the missing response!

When it comes to a compensation request, I feel we kind of have to seperate it a bit, meaning that when a specific tournament has crashed and won't work for you, then please let us know which tournament(s) it was and around what time it happened. We'll then get the compensation request to the right place, because as great as Cedrick is, he's more on the technical side of things trying to get whatever the issue is working again, whereas the individual compensation is handled by another member of the poker team and we need to get it to the right place :)

I'll add something manually for the missing response in the old report though :)

Anyone who's experienced any crashed recently? Would be great, if you could share your log files. If it frequently happens to you, please let me know, as we can provide you with a special build of the client that will make it significantly easier for us to identify the issue.

Check the latest poker release notes. Have a look at our poker promotions
