Try to delete the assets folder and then reinstall the client:

Uninstall the whole "%appdata%\com.relax-gaming.skywalker\" skywalker folder. (Can just copy that address to Windows Explorer)

I have the same problem with the white login screen. I tried to reinstall the app, delete the skywalker folder. Nothing seems to have worked. I made a seperate post about it here and on 2p2.

Which assets folder do I delete? I've tried all possible combinations of interpreting what you've said above and nothing has helped. ;/ I am running Windows XP which may be the issue.

Hi,

Windows Xp is the problem, it is no longer supported by Microsoft or Adobe Air.

Hi,

Checking with the developers.

If possible could you 1, take a screenshot of the issue 2, run dxdiag and take a screenshot of the first tab and the display tab. 3, post a copy of the log files C:\Users\NAMEOFUSER\AppData\Roaming\Unibet Poker

Hello @Kris-Unibet,

i resolve my login problem.

Just install old Nvidia GT610 in to pci-e slot with last driver 376.09 for windows 7 64bit.

I think that poker app for windows do not support intel integrated vga first and second generation or drivers for them.

Hi,

Good to hear that it works, and thanks for sharing the solution😃
