(Can just copy that address to Windows Explorer) I have the same problem with the white login screen. I tried to reinstall the app, delete the skywalker folder. Nothing seems to have worked. I made a seperate post about it here and on 2p2.Which assets folder do I delete? I've tried all possible combinations of interpreting what you've said above and nothing has helped. ;/ I am running Windows XP which may be the issue.
