Withdrawal Pause

Yns

Recommended Posts

@Yns Sorry to hear that, I checked up on it and while the proof of address is approved and ok, the issue is in regards to verification of the credit card:

  • There needs to be pictures of both the front and back.
  • On the front, we need to be able to see the first 6 and last 4 digits, the rest you should block out for safety - a piece of small colored tape e.g works well for this.
  • The backside of the card needs to be signed in the designated grey field.
  • On the back, please block out the three safety digits.

Once you've taken the pictures of the card as described above, you're welcome to send them to contact@unibetcommunity.com and tag me, I'll then upload them to the case right away and see if we can't have it handled in due time :)

Great, well you can either send them via email to the contact addresse, or perhaps easier you can upload the directly through your account menu :)

Press the button that has your balance on your Unibet page, then Account(yellow button) -> Account Details(left side menu) -> Verify Account.

From there you should have an option to upload your documents :)

Good evening! @JeppeL

Why were the receipts refused?

I sent the documents for the second time
if you can do anything for me?

"last night I made a deposit with the same card.
everything is fine the deposit is accepted
but when I ask for a withdrawal of money and my withdrawal request will be blocked !! '"

It's not fair ...😠
Sorry for the inconvenience.Sanse.thumb.png.82bf99da671f78ad4e2318908c2cb99a.png1227040970_Sanstitre.thumb.png.c873668c76fc3acfa72a81d389a5f9f3.png

@Yns I'm sorry for the inconvenience, but upon review by the Player Safety Team, there are still two issues:

1. The proof of address is not accepted as it is a machine made PDF, where it instead needs to be a picture of a valid utility bill or bank statement that's been sent physically to your address.

2. The credit card still is not signed on the back with your signature, we're not allowed to accept it without that.
