psrquack Posted January 30, 2018 Share Posted January 30, 2018 If you didn't partially play those tickets then go to live chat, ask for the exchange (for example €5 and €2 MTT) then wait some hours(in business days sometimes less) and enjoy the tickets. Just go the the ticket exchange section of the community and ask for them to be converted to mtt tickets or bonus points. The guys are very helpful.
