Weird system from the bonus-departement

Yesterday did I just ask the Live chat about a small casino-bonus 100,-NOK, because I have deposited over 7000,-NOk the last 4 days, and I had no luck at all in the casino with that money.

And then it came a surprised: The live chat said we can not ask them about a bonus or other promotions anymore, because the bonus-departement send bonusoffers to the players based on the players activity, If you play sportsbetting, live-casino, casino, bingo or poker. And fit the bonusoffers according to that.

It surprised me a lot, because I play most casino, then a little in the bingo and poker. AND the only bonusoffers or promotions I get is for sportsbetting or Live-casino..

So @Fredrik-Unibet, you are the expert here. How come I don`t get any casino-bonuses based on my activity in the casino?

And why don`t the bonus-departement give me a very tiny bonus like 100,-NOK of my deposits of 7000,-NOK the last 4 days? That disappointed me a lot as I have been a regular and loyal customer at Unibet since 2005.

But now the main questions: What can I do to get a casinobonus-offer without ask for it? How much expects Unibet I have to spend of money before I get some nice and good promotions for the casino? What do I wrong?

P.S. For the record: Please, I don`t want any comments about I complain every time in the Community. This is not a complain, but just a question about the Bonus-department systems..

We have discussed it earlier but I do not work with marketing, retention or acquistion. I am purely a product guy working with the products so I cannot help you with this or discuss it in a professional way. I have sent this thread to an internal team.

First of all, sorry for not responding to this on Tuesday, I know that not getting the appropiate feedback on things like these are higly annoying!

It's correct that it's now not possible to ask for a bonus through contacting Customer Support, that change was made a while ago and it applies for all players. Instead of taking the requests and handling them individually, we're moving our focus to become better doing better promotions and rewarding players in the way most find enjoyable - which is through engaging promotions and various competitions. The other advantage to not taking bonus request through live chat and email, is that it frees up time for our Customer Support agents to help with issues and errors more effectively.

Of course we do still send out various bonus offers, and there are triggers in place for automated offers being added on accounts which there's a team working on improving as well. But, most of the offers now are made by the various people within the marketing departments and country managers -  as menitoned above it leads to more promotions that people find exciting to make use of.

Personally I must say that I agree with our current approach, creative and engaging promotions are generally better received than just getting a notification of a bonus - and in our defense, doing too little on the promotional side I don't think is a common thing we have people mentioning. But as Fredrik said, the feedback will definitely be passed on for consideration.

-some of the games are not working or not working right

-bonus from casino? i don't remember the last time when that happend

-tournaments---there are OK 

-it was "slot of the week" in the community...but I found out too late... and it was great because you could talk to the others

-We can no longer play for pleasure-always have too reseat the games...in ordere to make them work properly

-in poker i have to play in my browser...it's not working on my 2 different Androids..., not even on my laptop...and i have 3 different Internet providers...And frankly..i'm tired to try to fix-it and try a million different solutions....It is no longer pleasant

First and foremost allow me to apologize for the inconveniences caused, reading the posts I see you have been having some issues.
I had a look in your account but I can't seem to find any issue or screenshots raised to the technical department, is there something I missed?
Would you be willing to send me some information about the issue, a couple of screenshots, exact times of disconnections perhaps. You can follow the Bug report explanation found here.

As for the Casino part, I will need some information on the browser like:

  1. Browser version
  2. Flash player (Is it up to date?)
  3. System parameters provided by a DX diagnostic (Info on how to run a diagnostic can be found in the poker bug report thread)

Let me know if I can assist you with anything else!

now i have the time :)

1.i found just 1 e-mail send to your team last year with the picture they asked....no answer back.....the older ones i probably deleted.....were you want me to forward them?

2.The screenshots....casino, bingo and poker...both from laptop and Android.( the bugs )..were do i send them?

3. In casino i have no idea how to record the "slow motion" and disapering of the sound  after 3-5 min of play .

So, from my understanding you are experiencing issues on 2 products, Casino and Poker.
I will suggest you follow the bug report procedure for Poker found here and create your own report here for the poker team to look in to, as the data requested will provide information for a possible fix for the Casino issue as well.
You can input your detailed description together with the screen shots of the "dxdiag" in your bug report and our Poker experts will take it from there once you did!

@JeppeL I have read the thread and I can only see that @GothMoth have got a 100 BGN free bet. That was very nice for him.

But I have not got any casinobonus-offers even I play a lot at the casino, so to me it is not any news here.

same here played years on unibet live casino and slots ..never got a casino promo , now i play poker and im fine with that ...but i made once a sportbet so i only get sportpromos now ,my inbox is filled with sportpromos that gone by and unused and i didnt even asked for them ; the pokerpromos are for everyone so im glad with that but indeed lost a lot of casinopromos , they kinda fixed that by letting me win :-p

@xdiediex1 In the last years, almost all of our Casino and Sportsbook offers have mainly been communicated through the promotion section of the local Unibet sites. You are techincally correct that you have not "gotten" many offers in the last couple of years, but there has been quite a few available for you to join in on on the site - just like with the poker promotions :)

Also, I've noticed you've become a bit more active here lately and by doing that you'll be able to take in promotions exclusive to the members, adding value that most Unibet players don't get :)
