Exchange and extension is NOT formally offered and that’s likely to be why standard customer service can’t help much.We are lucky that there’s an informal arrangement on the community site for exchanges and extensions to be made. When people are being nice and helping you out, don’t go on like a massive helmet if there’s a slight delay.Keep up the good work Unibet people, your help is always appreciated.
