I have not received the one for the "Multiples Promotion" (the NBA one was credited). There is the qualifying fourfold:I tried several times to get the problem resolved using live-chat, but the agents aren't quite competent, I'm afraid.Last week I didn't get the NBA free bet because of this miscommunication. They and the bonus support keep telling me that I've already received a free bet when there is another one missing :speechless:@JeppeL would you have a look, please 😃 I hope I don't bother you too much.
