Anarch9 Posted January 3, 2018 Share Posted January 3, 2018 Hi,at the begging I would like to say, that I'm too old for being peeved, because of some poker software, but unfortunately I am - like everyone, I don't like losing money.could you tell me what the hell is going on with unibet poker client? In last few weeks this client was completely shutting down at random almost every session I played. Sometimes everything is ok for about few weeks, but there are weeks, when I am getting so nervous, because of situations like today: I was doing 4bet (17,5 or 18€) on nl200 with AK on hand and client suddenly was shutting down.It's not so big money, when I'm playing nl25 or nl50, but on nl100 or nl200, it's getting much serious, especially when client is shutting down in some 3 or 4bet pots on postflop. It takes time to log in again, so most often my hand is fold. How can I be a winning player, when I'm losing many blinds, because of software? And how you want to have a good traffic on mid or high stakes, when your client is so unstable?I don't want to be rude or unpolite, but stable poker software, should be one of the most important thing, when company like Unibet want to create/improve software and this problem with client shutting down happened to me (I don't know how many times) since december 2016. I don't think that this is some problem with my pc, because I've got 2 laptops and one pc and it doesn't matter which one I'm using, few weeks ago I bought new pc and unibet client is still shutting down at random. My friend also has this problem. If you know how to fix it, I will be extremly happy, but if you don't, I would like to hear what solution do you see - some way of refund money? FeelsBadMan Posted January 3, 2018 Share Posted January 3, 2018 I've been having similar issues, crashes or just disconnects (phantom disconnects since the last release that don't say that you disconnected immediately) which require great attention and restarts, particularly in the SNG's for me (rarely in the MTTs, thank god, by rarely I mean around 10 times a week probably, for sngs multiple times per session), seems to happen often when a table is closing for whatever reason but also randomly, this has been happening from the start of unibet 2.0, same issue on multiple systems, multiple configurations, low cpu use, low cpu & gpu temperature, with graphics card and without, everything updated, win 7 win 10, HDD and SDD flawless internet with anything else, many tables, few tables. igottwins Posted January 3, 2018 Share Posted January 3, 2018 Hey all sometimes the client does go off as do all sites but nothing you can do about that and i agree we should be compensated, but if your having multiple disconnections timeouts etc and your playing with money that means something to you ie your playing poker semi pro for a side income etc may i suggest you have your pc Internet connection set up by some one who does this for a living i had same issues on multiple clients at times. Running top spec pc 300GB broadband etc settings just needed a little tweak and then =😃 was worth the small setup cost, just a thought good luck. I had just closed my 5th table leaving me with 4 when it crashed. I had the tables set to 3x2 if that makes any difference. rizn Posted March 13, 2018 Share Posted March 13, 2018 Just installed Unibet on a new PC, crashes every minute, extremely tilting. Longest I have been able to play is 5 minutes, so literally unplayable. Pc specs are win10, 16gb ram, ssd, Radeon RX580Application error points to d3d11.dll. Restarted PC, changed compatibility mode, update graphic cards driver , nothing helpsI send dxdiag screenshots to the above mentioned email.
