I can't draw any other inference that I'm on a black list of this agent.Some minutes later I reconnected to chat and asked about the transcript of tha conversation above. Is it possible to ask Marco how he found the similar missed conversation(check his comment). If it was just a missed connection could you forward a request to the tech team that in similar situation (error in agents side) system would break the connection and didn't let wait the user more than 10 minutes?
