I was in contact with customer-support tonight and I must say: WOW what an improvement! I have several disappointment-experience with this part of Unibet so far. No knowledge, no will to help and so on.... BUT Unibet has now hired a real person called "Jani" and that is a big difference in my oppinion. He is not a pokerplayer, not a gambler at all... BUT he is willing to HELP us customers  when there´s  problem.  He makes difference. Keep him employed pleas?   @Unibet
