Hey . On 18/12/2017 when i want withdraw  i have been asked for verification documents (Debit Card) . I upload on site and i send on your email but no answer. I waiting one week but i dont get any answer and my withdraws are on hold ... Live chat cant help . Please help me ... because I wanted withdrawals up to Christmas but I was disappointed with the verification services.
