The error code says "failure with receiving network data" - in other words, connection issues from your end. We haven't have any widespread disconnection issues today.I kindly advise you to improve your internet connection. 0dlin Posted November 15, 2017 Author Share Posted November 15, 2017 I have tried to enter from two hotspots and 3g. There is no difference. When I had downloaded the app all was ok, a day later I could not enter. So this problem is not in Internet connection. Reinstalled, restarted smartphone, but all is unsuccessful.
