Withdrawal Delay

@GothMoth Both of the withdrawals has been processed in our system, so if first one isn't received yet it seems the transaction might be stuck within the banking system. 

We can get in touch with our payments team and have them look into it, but to confirm the withdrawal isn't received, we kindly ask that you send us a bank statement showing transactions from the 3rd up until todays date. Also, to get in touch with your bank and have them release the transaction, please give an email address for a person in your bank that we can contact regarding the matter.

I realize this is an annoying process, but we can't do anything directly from here in the systems as we've processed the withdrawal already :(
