Verification and withdrawal
Hello,
I wanted a lot of times to withdraval a money on Thursday 1-11-2017 I also had to upload my documents for verification as requested by e-mail. I have send in quite some documents, but I have not heard anything since.

what can l do ?

I'll get back to you tomorrow. Unfortunately it's not just a simple verfication so I can't get an update right away.

As far as I can see, you have uploaded everything we need. I hope we can approve the documents tomorrow and process the withdrawal but I can't guarantee anything as it's not my decision to make :)

I'll let you know as soon as I have an update.

Hi @Ismail14

I got an update from the player safety team. The last document you uploaded has been approved now but unfortunately it also resulted in us having to request a bit more information.

What we need is proof of all the deposits you've made from your bank account. I kindly ask you to upload a bank statement showing the deposits you made here.

I wish I could have requested the bank statement yesterday to speed up the process from the beginning but I couldn't possibly have known this without having the player safety team looking into the case. As mentioned before, this isn't just a simple verification so depending on the documents we receive, we might request more documents, just like what happened here.

I know it can be frustrating to go through this process, especially when we don't request all documents at the same time. I'll do my best to help you out and make the verification as convenient as possible :)

I am sending you the last 3 deposits, these transactions were made on the account of my son because my money is not on my own account
I have used this news and permission, and I have taken all the money I have earned on account of it, and I have proof of everything I have to give you all the evidence you want. Thank you for your interest, I am waiting for 1 week because I am happy if you speed up the process.

I put all my information here I ask you to delete your work I do not know how safe a site.

@Ismail14 It's been less than two days since the last documents were sent, I don't think we're at an unfair handling time yet and it's quite a few screenshots that's been uploaded. It's neither Marco or myself approving these documents and we have to let the player safety department do their job -  I hope for your understanding on the matter.

If it's not been picked up during the weekend, we'll do our best to have it escalated.

@Ismail14 The extra documents were requested, because the previous one showed the deposit coming from another account than your own. When this happens, we're required to ensure both deposits and withdrawals go to the correct person -  if we didn't do that, there would be no reason to ask for documentation to begin with and a bit of handling time must be expected as we require this in all the countries in which we operate, and we will be sure to escalate if they're not reviewed in due time.

@Ismail14 Unfortunately I have to inform you that the account will remain closed as there were no deposits made from your own bank account. The previous withdrawals have been cancelled and all deposits made from your son's credit card will be returned to the same bank account - the new withdrawal has already been approved so your son should have the money within a few days.

I kindly advise your son to use his own account.
