I hope we can approve the documents tomorrow and process the withdrawal but I can't guarantee anything as it's not my decision to make :)I'll let you know as soon as I have an update. The last document you uploaded has been approved now but unfortunately it also resulted in us having to request a bit more information.What we need is proof of all the deposits you've made from your bank account. I kindly ask you to upload a bank statement showing the deposits you made here.I wish I could have requested the bank statement yesterday to speed up the process from the beginning but I couldn't possibly have known this without having the player safety team looking into the case. As mentioned before, this isn't just a simple verification so depending on the documents we receive, we might request more documents, just like what happened here.I know it can be frustrating to go through this process, especially when we don't request all documents at the same time. The previous withdrawals have been cancelled and all deposits made from your son's credit card will be returned to the same bank account - the new withdrawal has already been approved so your son should have the money within a few days.I kindly advise your son to use his own account.
