Withdrawal on hold !!!

Hi I’m experiencing a withdrawal issue and have since got the message withdrawal on hold .... so I’ve called up and apparently no issues and the money’s been released to my account however I have no email saying this which I usually get and I’m getting the same message on my unibet account (withdrawal on hold ) still !!!!! :( at First i wasn’t concerned but since reading multiple messages with people in the same boat as me I’m worrying , this has caused me a great deal of worry that it hasn’t been released help !!!!

Hi @Harry and welcome to the community. Sorry for the late reply.

There was indeed an issue with the withdrawal you requested last week. My colleague from the Player Safety team cancelled it and manually created a new one right away. The reason you didn't get a confirmation email regarding the new withdrawal was that my colleague created it manually and the money was sent shortly after. 

My colleague checked up on the withdrawal an hour ago and saw that everything looks good - no error message or other signs of an issue so far.

Apologies for the inconvenience. You should have the money in your bank account within a few days.
