It seems like I don't celebrate with 20 Free Spins and a share of €20,000 in cash

I opted in for this promotion and lost some money to the casino while trying to win entries. Okay, that's life, but then 23.10  I waited to know how many entries I won. Didn't get any messages... Okay, let's wait two more days... No messages for me so 26.10 I marched to Unibet livechat and your customer service said I will get message tomorrow (27.10) but guess what? There's no messages and it's saturday 28.10.

I don't usually give a ❤️♥️❤️ for some entries and 20 freespins but I just counted that I have deposited money to Unibet 24 times (won't calculate exact sum, but were talking 4 figure sums for sure) in a row without single withdraw.

So yes, I would like to know what happened to my entries... Thank you.

I got message yesterday but it had some kind of error in it and didn´t show my entries. So i think they have some kind of problems with that promotion but i´m sure they will fix it at some point. And free spins will come in 72 hours AFTER promotion has ended like it says in description :) Or at least they are suppose to come if they don´t have problems with that too 😏

I received a message that I have two tickets and the extraction will take place on Monday.

Good luck to every all!!!!

I have not got any message at all. But I am not surprise about that..

So I don`t know how many tickets I have. Is it possible to see the draw live or which page can we see the results?

So I didn't get message about how many tickets I got. Unibet sucks. ❤️♥️❤️ you.

Pretty bad customer service.

Prettyyyy prettyyyy prettyyy bad.

Would it make you feel better if they tell you that you got 10 tickets. Or 100. But apparently you didn´t win anything no matter how many you got :(

They could have done better with messaging, maybe next time they get it right.

There was only 10 or 20 winners, chances of winning were slim to none anyways so i don´t quite get why so many people are upset with this. There is hardly any competitions, in any site, where they first tell you how many tickets you got and then raffle, so although they promised to message you, i don´t see what the difference is with people wanting to know how many tickets they had.

You'd think that with all the ID registration and all there would be no 10 yo's like you on the site.

You're acting like a kid, saying fu Unibet and so while using their site.

Yes sometimes the forum and site info is quite low, no ideea why, but If you want things to improve try contacting them in a civilised way and giving suggestions instead of swearing and whining.

I totally agree, @nekoneko. If I was a customer who participated in a promo, I'd like to get a confirmation on whether I won or not, instead of just getting a message in case I had won something.

I have forwarded the feedback from this thread + a few other threads to the promotions team. For casino tournaments we announce the winners from each tournament by showing the players' initials on the leaderboards - an idea would be to do the same with the winners in a promo like this one.

Players initials works in those casino tournaments because you can follow your position as tournament goes on but in competition like this i think it wouldn´t help much as many people have the same initials and then all "winners" would be asking cs and here are they winners :D. Maybe when you register, you would have to register with some unique alias so there would be no misunderstandings ?

Unibet has the internal messages on the page as well. I'm not sure has it ever been in use though. You could send internal newsletters via it like other casino do and perhaps add a custom variable that takes the information such as tickets & name from a database so you can send the newsletter with those variables in it so it automatically gives the correct numbers to each customer then. It shouldn't be hard to do. =)

People would not have to go conspiracy nuts and you don't have to release any information regarding customers publicly.

That is what they tried to do with this promo with not so good outcome 😏

Ok, that's cool then. You would think they'd at least send a test message to see if it went through and if it didn't then a compensation message for those in the raffle without the variables. But all good, just throwing out how it should work from my mind.

One does ask however how did you come to have such knowledge to begin with as it was not published in this thread?-) You would expect that to be a disclosed thing to anyone outside the staff. Anything to do with the help for staff for Unibet community thread?-) Gz if it is so.
