Bonus suddenly canceled!

Yesterday I received a bonus up to 1000 kr , to use on sportsbook or casino .   

Today it was cancelled without any explanation !  I deposit yesterday and lost all the bonus money ! 

What is going on ?   And not only me but 100s of players lost their bonus , in Norway . 

I am very dissappointed with this , are you cheating your customers?

I talked to live chat now and it was a mistake from them .   Bonus is back , so the issue has been solved.

Maybe it solved because you talked to Live Chat, but not for me. They seem to did a big mistake and should fix it for every Norwegian players.

I sent an e-mail yesterday, to the Norwegian support about the canceled bonus, because the Live Chat was busy. But no answer at all..

So next time iy comes a bonusoffer from Unibet Norway, I will not accept it. Can not trust them and that it is very disappointing.

@steppek77, I'm very sorry for the hassle with the bonus - it was indeed offered to a group of Norwegian customers by mistake. Had a quick chat with my colleague who told me that it was solved within a few hours for most customers but obviously not for everyone.

I can add a €10 bonus as an apology for the inconvenience. Just let me know which type of bonus you'd like (poker tickets, casino bonus, freebets or bingo vouchers) :)
