I'm sorry to hear that you've been waiting so long for an update. I'll check up on the case and get back to you tomorrow. Unfortunately it's not just a simple verification so I can't get it solved right away.

I had to remove the email correspondence as the community is English only.

@Ts1, I'm happy to confirm that the last document you uploaded got approved this morning. We do need another document and explanation before we can close the case though :( I've sent you an email with further info - please reply to the email with the document along with an explanation. I'll forward it to the relevant team right away.

Again, I'm very sorry we didn't get back to you earlier. As mentioned before, this isn't just a simple verification case but that doesn't mean you should have been waiting for so long. The case is now prioritized and will be looked into asap as soon once we receive the missing details.
