Zipfil
You have almost same sepc in your Laptop as I am currently using..mine not Acer but Asus....so shouldent be any problems... 1: You have version 2.10.0 of poker client ? 2: Do it work on the Browser version? 3: Have you used any cleeaner like this from www.yamicsoft.com ? 4: After you install Pokler client, go right click shortcut, go to target file, the .exe for poker and right click it, settings\advance and select only run as Admin, dont need run in compatibility mode (work fine under win 10 x64.) 5: Go in nVidia settings, right click on desktop and open Nvidia control, make sure you have selected automatic grafick cpu\gpu. 6: if you downloaded Windows 10 manager from yamicsoft, run 1 click cleaner... 7: Maybe check for something else like malware or alike, https://www.malwarebytes.com/ I would uninstall the poker client, then scan for leftover files (use uninstaler in Win Manager), so run a update on Malwarebytes, scan your Laptop just to be sure. Run 1 click cleaner from windows manager then restart if it find more than 30 errors in registry. Then reeinstal Poker client and reeboot. open poker client it should download additonal files needed to run it....then select your country\language on the log in window... Hope that worked... Dont know how mutch you understand about diffrent settings in a proggie like windows manager, but it have some extra....I cant recomend you to chenge it if you dont know what you are doing there....but take a look if you know ;) Zipfil Nothing is impossible, the impossible only take some time. MilkyWay
Well, I did what you said and I think it helped. At least I could play for an hour without any crashes . Will test it today too.I guess the solution was to reinstall the client. Then I cleaned leftovers with ccleaner. I think important part was to run it as admin.P.S. I tried to play with graphics settings. It's strange that the poker client needs to run my additional graphic card by default. I turned it on/off by it didn't help.Zipfil, thanks for the help. JeppeL
@Sabrina92 A file should be downloaded on your computer, what haappens when you try and open it?@MilkyWay Sorry if we missed a response here, but a case was opened at the same time by Customer Support and it appears they were asked to get some information from you about how the error happens, the log files and perhaps a screenshot of the error as well - was this ever provided? I wouldn't mind re-opening the case at all and have the poker team look into it, if you still are experiencing this error - just need to clear up so they have all the right information :)/Jeppe Former Community Manager

RayL
@Sabrina92, could you take a screenshot of the error that you get when trying to install the Poker client? Also, could you provide a Direct X diagnostic by going to the search function on your start bar, typing DXdiag and taking screenshots of the first 2 pages of the result? This link will help you in providing the DXdiag https://www.isunshare.com/windows-10/4-ways-to-open-directx-diagnostic-tool-in-windows-10.html. /Ray Former Community Moderator

unibed
@Sabrina92sounds like windows defender is blocking your program. if thats the case, here is the solution. How to open a file blocked by Windows Defender SmartScreenIf a file you know is safe is going to give you trouble when you attempt to launch it, you can quickly give it permission to open. Navigate to the file or program that's being blocked by SmartScreen.Right-click the file.Click Properties. Click the checkbox next to Unblock so that a checkmark appears.Click Apply. The file should now be treated as safe by SmartScreen and you'll be allowed to open it. If you're running into further problems, try running the program as an Administrator in addition to the steps above. //unibed its hard not love this community 👍
