old mtt late reg bug back

This bug I havent seen for ages but seems to be back.

Late reg closes early, The cause  is  the numbering of the players that have gone out.

If a player goes out early like in the UO2 now, It counts the position at that time in this case 7th.

As new players arrive it adds prizes and more players but soon as the prizes get to the buble based on the early out prizes 

it closes reg. So in this case when the  prizes reached 6 the game thinks its on the bubble because one player is marked as 7yh with 0 chips, even though there are 8 players left and its not near the bubble and reg should stay open.

The easiest solution to this I can see is that 0 chip players have on1 added to there position as new people reg or the alogrithim that calculates when its at the bubble should ignore players with 0 chips.

Heres an example:-

In excess of 5mins on late reg still but its closed, as you can see 6 off the bubble.
But because players went out earlier it calculates that its on the bubble because their position is 7th and 6th is the payout.

I would have regged this game late on and quite a few other today, so its stopping me playing a lot of games and losing rake at your end.
