Lack of contact- suspension of account/ongoing bet/live chat occasionally works

The live chat button hasn't been working for me recently- clicking on it doesn't do anything/redirect me- might be a problem on my side but I thought I'd bring it up since it would be better, and hence why I have to do it through here.

 

My account was suspended, and upon further contact was told to login with new details and that my bet would be transferred over.


My account with the ongoing bet (suspended) involving the Premier league golden boot bonus (free bets every time they score 2/3)- I haven't been receiving these bonuses, even though I was told I would.  Can someone look into this?

@salveh1 If you're not getting directed properly to the live chat, please try and delete cookies and temporary files in your browser, it often works for this issue :)

About the other two issues:

1) The bet you have standing on the old account we're not able to transfer over to a a new one, it's a long term bet and should you win it then you're obviously more than welcome to let us know and we can add the balance to the account you have active, but it's not something we can set up to execute automatically.

2) The golden boot promotion and the €5 you should receive when Kane scores 2+: Answer is kind of the same as above, the promotion payout is connected to the old account and we can't automize it for your new one. Please let us know when he scores the 2+ and we'll add the free bet manually to the correct account. Sorry if there's been a misunderstanding, but I have a note on your account saying you were advised of this through the customer service chat. One of the freebets you already had received was expired, so we added a new one to be used instead :)

Thanks, I'll try doing that and see if that solves anything.

 

Regarding the promotion and the bet- Will I need to explain it everytime or can you draw upon previous chat logs/calls, and I just request it based on that?

Sorry for the double post- deleted cookies and temporary files and didn't redirect.  Tried a different browser too.  It's the first time this has happened so I'll try a different device another time and see if that solves anything.
