Verification problems

Hi,

Recently was successful with a bet and now have been told I cannot withdraw without verifying but as I attempt to verify, it tells me "You are all set" and doesn't give me the option to send any documents etc

Therefore, I am unable to withdraw

Please could this be looked at

Are you using a mobile?  I mean cellphone or tablet?  Coz thats what it says on mine too but when i tried to log on to a PC or in a laptop ,  you see  an option using bank transfer or something.

Your document got approved earlier this morning and you should now be able to witdhraw. Thank you for uploading the document.

@Thurddzz or @chazbawden, could you please send a screenshot of the mobile page? Would be really helpful towards fixing the bug. I don't see any verification request on the accounts atm. so you shouldn't be asked to verify your account on mobile.
