Coz thats what it says on mine too but when i tried to log on to a PC or in a laptop , you see an option using bank transfer or something. I hope it helps . Thank you for uploading the document.@Thurddzz or @chazbawden, could you please send a screenshot of the mobile page? Would be really helpful towards fixing the bug. I don't see any verification request on the accounts atm. so you shouldn't be asked to verify your account on mobile.
