I told the lc too, so i guess they are on it. Just couple things about that.

And why does they always ask email address for security purposes as you have to type it before entering chat?

@Livertool, the bet is settled correctly as lost. You placed a bet on "free throw" as the next scoring method and it was a 3-pointer, just like it's shown on flashcore :)

In regards of the agent asking which sport, it can happen from time to time - many of the agents have a passion for sports and it's obviously crucial to know about the products we're offering, but there are agents who didn't get into the business because of interest in sports. Tbh. I was a bit surprised about sportsbook knowledge not being more important when we're hiring new agents (ofc it's a huge + but not the end of the world if you're a sports rookie), but now after having worked in support I get that sportsbook is only a small part of the tasks you have as an agent. They get personalized training if necessary on differnet products, but we can't force them to become interested in sports :)
That being said, the agent should definitely have known about this match, considering it's a semifinal in the Euros 😪

Thanks for letting us know about the issue with the security procedure. I've forwarded this to the relevant department. We're already working on optimizing this area - the goal is to more or less skip the security procedure if you're already logged in to your account when contacting support.

I noticed later that coupon said freethrows although i chosed 3 point, don´t what happened there but i guess i messed something up so the joke is on me 🤫

It was no biggie we cant all know everything but just like you said, i would have thought that lc persons are into sports too as working for betting provider but apparently not. No offence Patrik :)

One thing that crossed my mind later was why did he ask what sport and so on, as first thing i mentioned was the coupon id and it should show all the details to check was it right or wrong. Obviously that lc don´t make the check ups anyways so why ask those questions? I don´t mind but they sometimes seem to be busy so it would speed up lc if they just would say they will send the results to be checked up.

They need to choose which sport when escalating a case like this as it has to be investigated by the basketball traders :)
