Suspended Account

Hi

On about 29th June i received an email saying my account had been suspended or blocked due to poker collusion.

As i,ve never colluded in my life i looked straight into it. I was still able to log in and checked my account history. I hadn,t played for a couple of days but noticed numerous transactions including casino games and poker games and my payment details had been changed to an unknown account.

i reported it straight away to customer services and to the police as advised. (then to onlibne action fraud team)

My account was closed while an investigation took place.

2 months later on 30th August my account was re-opened and the money that had been lost was refunded.

 

My sports and casino account work fine but i still couldn,t get back into my poker account and the today i received this email :

In regards to your query raised, this has been reviewed.

I regret to inform you that your poker account has been disabled due to abuse. Having checked this internally poker is to remain suspended.

Thanks for your understanding and please do not hesitate to contact me if I can be of any further assistance.

 

I thought this had all been sorted but it feels now like ive still been accused of collusion which is very frustrating

Any help would be much appreciated
