Return to Main Lobby (from specific MTT-lobby) impossible

Since the latest update i am regularly encountering this bug. Clicking on the arrow that usually takes u back to the main mtt-lobby (marked in red on image) has no effect after all.

 It usually happens after playing for a couple of hours. In the beginning it mostly works fine, but sometimes also requires mashing the arrow 3-4 times before it actually works. Before the update I never had this kinda problem. Sucks for an MTT-player because I often can't keep regging MTTs ingame. Only thing that seems to be working is closing the client and starting it again (which is obviously not a solution at all).

I use win7 64bit in case this is relevant...

I think now that button scrolls between your open tournament tabs (the tournament lobbies) which is also a useful function.

To get back to the main window of the poker client you can click on the big Unibet Poker text at the top and it put's you on the main page where you have to click on Full Schedule again.

mind = blown

all this time playing on unibet i never noticed that. Thx alot @FeelsBadMan

now i feel almost stupid for reporting this 🤫 However.. there might be a few more ppl as dumb as me out there (i know, i know..hard to imagine) but imagine a recreational player busting out of a tournament, trying to register a new one, not being able to. And moving back to spins on stars out of frustration. I JUST DON'T LIKE THAT IDEA!

@Tillus the logic for the 'back' arrow was changed in the last release. The new logic is that the back arrow takes you to the last visited page. If the button doesn't work at all then it would be great if you could send your poker.log file to our support.

Windows: C:\Users\******\Documents\Unibet Poker
Mac: In the general documents folder

Cheers

I have same problem with back arrow. Sometimes i have to click 15 to 20 times to get back to schedule. Over clicking opens new windows in explorer which again is annoying in middle of games. Ill have to try nmp fans solution. Not sure with the new logic as there are 3 headers for where you want to go.

@Unibet-Cédrick ah okay this makes sense (clicking on it going back to the last visited page). Why was this changed, because the MTT lobbies remain open as tabs an you can just click on them if you want to check s.th.? But before I knew about this other shortcut, I didn't know how to return to the main MTT lobby. However, if this is how it's intended to be, then it works just fine. I guess in this case you dont need a logfile?

@Tillus the logic of the back arrow was changed as the previous logic was quite confusing to a lot of players. But as I understood from your initial post, when you're clicking the back arrow it doesn't take you anywhere. If that is the case (back arrow not working at all), then we would need to have a look at your poker.log file to trouble shoot.

Cheers

The new back button logic is silly.

I've just had a scenario where I've registered for the monthly freerolls, elite flip and some generic MTTs (which creates tabs for each event). I've then closed the tabs and when I hit the back button I have the click through all of the now closed tabs before I can get to the main MTT lobby.

There is no need to go back through the tabs when you can choose which one you want to see by just clicking on it. Just add "MTT lobby" and "Home page" text next to the green arrow and put it back to the way it was.

@MoreTBC

Sorry for the delay but I can confirm that we've discussed this internally with our devs about a month ago and we came up with some different alternatives of changing the logic of the button.  At the moment we have an open ticket for relevant department to look into how changes can be implemented and that takes a bit of time unfortunately.

I've asked for an update and if there's something more to share I'll make sure it comes up here.
