pittpitt Posted September 1, 2017 Share Posted September 1, 2017 hii had some cashout in the end of july...via bank transfers ,the money never reach my bank account...neither the international departement of my bank !i contacted customers service...probably the most suspicious peaplo i talk to in my life loll for them ist a joke and imma xmas turkey! i had to explain the whole situation ,each and every step...each and everytime i talk to them "" apparently they have no clue what i am talking about ..like what 1100$? have you contacted your bank? when i just tell them the whole story 15 second earlier....lolll what a bunch of ❤️♥️❤️ they are playing a game,my $ on the line ....in this game i am the bad guy that did something bad or they try to keep the whole situation in fog...when i had proof that the $ dont even reach the international departement of my bank lollduring that 5 week period,i deposited 2x 250$ ...and busted both times ! doesnt make sens to try to stole a site and redeposit while you try to steal loll hey whatever.....if i knew m,y 1100 $ is still in between space and time after 5 weeks i never redeposit again on a site like that. im gambling online for 10years ,i play almost all the site during that 10 years period.. i never see that in my life.if i dont get my $ in the end..pff ist gonna be ugly Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Ofcourse it's end of the day and tomorrow is the weekend, so it can take a bit. But be sure, it will be fixed :) Good luck for the rest!! If the money has been sent from Unibet - which they surely must have been - they will need a copy of your bank statements since the withdrawal was made. Once they've got the proof that the money didn't arrive, they will look into it together with the partner that handled the transaction.It does unfortunately sometimes take a bit of time for the payment provider to investigate where the money ended up.Well, if I was in your position, I would send an email to the support right away. Explain the issue, maybe include a screen shot of the withdrawal on Unibet and attach the bank statements. I understand this might seem like a lot of trouble, but this is the fastest way to get things sorted. When support get to your email, they will log a case for you. Marco and Jeppe will have access to the case as well as your email, so maybe they can push it forward a bit, considering how long you've waited. JeppeL Posted September 4, 2017 Share Posted September 4, 2017 Hi @pittpitt,I understand the frustration that goes along with not receiving a withdrawal, but if a withdrawal gets stuck in the banking system, there's only so much we can do from our side, unfortunately stuck transactions happen from time to time and we try to be as helpful as possible when so.Around the 16th of August, we sent you two documents via email with proof that we sent the withdrawal, these were for you to take to your bank so they could find the transactions in their system. Now, I have to ask if you went to the bank with these two documents? Because when I see the chat history with one of our agents, you skip the question when asked and also haven't mentioned anything about it in your post here. So just to be very clear about this situation: you have to go to your bank with the two documents and have them find the stuck transaction, once we send from our side it's sent and not something we can retract. pittpitt Posted September 4, 2017 Author Share Posted September 4, 2017 hithanks you for your understanding...soon as i receive the document unibet send me , i contacted my bank to investigate....it took them 8 to 10 days to find out that nothing has been receive in their system...then i re-contacted unibet ,to let them know !i dont remember skiping the question,i reach them to inform them about it in the first place....maybe i got angry because...they keep repeating have you contacted your bank lol ? YES not only that my bank ' investigate' now 8 to 10 days later.....im here to tell you my bank couldnt find any transaction in their international system..i got told the $ never reach the national bank of canada ....and the $ is most likely stuck' in between the swedish bank ' in a x bank /in another x country! they have nothing and because of that they can't do nothing about italso i am sorry my english is basic i cannot describve the situation as i will in french!thanks again @JeppeL Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

If this is the case I think it's indeed the best to contact the international headquarter of your bank. I see now that the circumstances of ones birth are irrelevant... The bank statement and proof of address are approved but we still need a picture of your ID (both front and back). Kindly note that you must take a picture of the ID as the scanned file can't be approved.
