Hi i have a problem withdrawing from unibet, i have sent my documents and one got approved, however the 2nd one which is the proof of address is not being accepted by your team for some reason, i have mentioned on the chat plenty of times that i live as a worker in the UAE and i dont have the documents that you are asking as the bills and rented home is on my wife's name, i have uploaded my bank receipt of transfer that shows my  complete address but you are saying it is not valid, now from what i understand the proof of address is the document you require, i dont get it why this documnet that came from my bank is not. I have made successful withdrawals before and you can see that on my account history, i dont know why i have to do this again, deposit takes seconds while withdrawal will take ages and will result on a traumatic experience. Have the deposit verified as well!

So you're seriously suggesting that all customers should send in documents upon depositing? 🤣 not a waste of time and resources for both parties 🤣 I assume you're working in the public sector with that mindset. A document from the bank should be okay, but it has to meet certain criteria, which I assume you've already been informed about. When teenagers living with their parents can verify the address, I believe you can as well. Send the requested document and get it over with :)

Sorry for the long awaited response @Verifydeposits2, I'm happy to see that new documents were uploaded and approved Friday. Having to verify before a deposit instead of withdrawal would be nonsensical if it isn't required by law, it would make new members having to wait before being able to play and they would more than likely move on to another site instead.

Please do let us know if you experience any other kind of inconvenience, but as of now it all looks good and the account is fully functioning :)

Maybe there should be some notification everytime  you start playing,  that your account is not yet verrified. And that it should be before withdrawing and that it takes some time in some cases. 

Then it's all up to the customer to fix this in time. They can start playing immediately, but still the verification is being pushed a bit. 

If this is already the case, sorry then, but I verrified immediately I think, so I don't know what it is, being not verrified :p 

And if it's only on the website, this notification could be given in the poker client aswell. Imo it's just an "is verrified" variable which should be checked durning boot :D

 

I see now that the circumstances of ones birth are irrelevant... It is what you do with the gift of life that determines who you are.

@VikingsAF I do believe it's already set up like that, with a message that documents are needed, and in the account section it'll be written exactly which kind. I don't believe there are any plans though to implement it in the poker client, as the main account section with all information is designated for the Unibet site :)
