Has the payout structure changed ? In Manchester last year 9th paid £1,300 and the winner only got £8-9,000

Its because of an overlay, It makes less prizes and with the guarantee makes bigger prizes.

You can exchange UO tickets again all is unicorns and rainbows in Unibet land.

Tomas Montrimas departs in 9th place in dramatic fashion!

Tomas Montrimas started the final table here in Nottingham as the short stack and needed a lot of help to gather momentum back on the rest of the table.

He so nearly got what he wished for, but ended up losing with a full house!

@MathrimC Tim Brunell opened the action from the button and Tomas shoved from the big blind. Tim called instantly and saw the good news that he was in front with pocket Kings versus pocket Sixes.

BUT! The 6 in window meant Tomas took the lead, with the Ah and 9h following. The turn brought the Ad meaning @MathrimC picked up additional outs and when the As fell on the river the rail cheered in shock as @MathrimC hit the runner runner for a better full house.

Tomas takes home £820 for his efforts.

Michal (@Psycho79) Kulesza doubles through Tim (@MathrimC) Bruneel.

Michal has secured a much-needed double after winning a flip versus @MathrimC.

Tim opened from mid position to 45k, with the blinds at 10k/20k.

Michal announced all-in and Tim got the count. 162k was the amount and he made the call.

Michal needed help with Qs Jh vs. 8c 8s and he got it on the Ks Qc 2h flop. His hand held on the 6s turn and 9c river.

@MathrimC is still sitting with over 500k. 2118579729_UnibetUKPokerTour2017-NottinghamFinalDay(c)TambetKask-070.thumb.jpg.f78319db3ee399a5a489a32a361bc9c3.jpg

Ambassador run good for David Lappin

David Lappin has just doubled despite being a massive favourite to exit.

Lappin shoved from UTG+1 for 151k (8bb) and was re-shoved on by the player to his left, Trevor Gardiner.

The rest of the table folded as they battled for the pot.

David showed Ac 10s and Trevor was very much ahead with Ad Kc.

An Ace fell on the flop, but so did a 10!

The Jh turn gave David even more of a sweat but he held to double.

The play has been tight so far with money jumps and EO packages seeming to be on everyone's mind.

Mr Lappin is on fire!

Fresh from his double, David has eliminated Andrew (@MetalWolf) Whitehouse.

The short stack moved all-in from MP and David reshoved on the button.

It was to be a race. @MetalWolf with Jc8c up against pocket Fives.

One player announced he folded a 5...so this would be a close one.

The flop was safe for David, A 10 7, the King turn was also good and river deuce sent Andrew to the rail in 8th place for £1,000.266136060_UnibetUKPokerTour2017-NottinghamFinalDay(c)TambetKask-047.thumb.jpg.9511c9b0ede660b74af950dcc49afe04.jpg

Thanks for a nice weekend in Nottingham! Was fun playing. I think it was the highest level I have ever experienced in the UK tour. A lot of regulars!

Hopefully I see most of you in Brighton later this year :)

The players have just come back from break and quickly got into the action.

Trevor Gardiner came back to just 6bbs, but is now up to 16bb.

He moved all-in for 109k and his bet got through.

The very next hand he again moved all-in this time for 163k.

The man who made the call was Russell Betts with JJ.

Trevor held Kh Qd for a classic race for this tournament life.

His friends on the rail were very confident in him finding the cards he needed and they weren't wrong.

The Ks Qc 6h put him well in front before the Kd turn cemented it.

Russell Betts puts the pressure on @MathrimC

Russell Betts just moved all-in on the river on a Qh Jh 2h 6h 9s board.

He called a raise from the big blind as both players checked the flop. @MathrimC's delayed cbet of 50k was called by Russell and MathrimC bet 75k on the river. Russell then moved all-in for 320k. It was a bold move to make but one that paid off as @MathrimC let his hand go.

Trevor Gardiner takes home £1,200 in 7th place

Trevor Gardiner made a good start after the break but has been unable to ladder up the money payouts.

Michal (@Psycho79) Kulesza raised before Richard Knibbs 3bet on to button to 125k. Trevor shoved from the blinds and got just the one call from Richard.

Richard had the pocket rocket Aces and Trevor was unlucky to be behind with AQ of hearts.

The board ran out Jd 4c 4s 5d 9c to leave the Unibet UK Tour Nottingham final table six handed.

@FeelsBadMan knocks out @Psycho79 after a brutal flop.

Michal (@Psycho79) Kulesza is our 6th place finisher after @FeelsBadMan hit massively on the flop. Michal opened to 52k and Adrian defended his big blind.

A cbet of 67k came on the Jd 8d 8h flop. Adrian sized up his opponents stack and had him covered. He moved all-in much to Michal's confusion but the call was made and the hands were on their backs.

It was KK for Michal and 10d 8c for Adrian. His flopped trips were enough to take the pot after the 4h on the turn and 5c on the river.

That leaves us down to our final five and Michal banks £1,600.250002645_UnibetUKPokerTour2017-NottinghamFinalDay(c)TambetKask-075.thumb.jpg.e20f2121fd2478af6f5884aa89fa62fc.jpg

"The flip for the package" - We're down to four

Adrian Nica has won himself a EU3000 package to Vegas after busting fellow Unibet community player Tim Bruneel in a hand that was essentially dubbed "the flip for the package", as Adrian's 99 held against the K10ss of Tim.

The longest lasting qualifier recieves a package to go to Vegas and that person now is confirmed as @FeelsBadMan!

Commiserations to @MathrimC who takes home £2000 for 5th place, a great effort, well played!

Richard Knibbs still leads the way on the final table, and players have now got £3200 locked up.

Their eyes will be primarily focused on that top prize of £13,500, and of course the title of Unibet UK Tour Nottingham champion.

Unibet ambassador David Lappin departs in 4th place for £3,200.

David went into the final four as a very short stack with just 8bbs.

He had one shove get through but when it was folded to him in the small blind his all-in was called by Adrian.

David needed to catch up with Jd 9s against Ah 8c.

5d 2c 3d didn't give David much hope but the Js turn made him a massive favourite to double.

In an unfortunate turn of events, the river brought one of Adrian's three outs, the A of diamonds.

A fantastic run for David here in Nottingham!1388240042_UnibetUKPokerTour2017-NottinghamFinalDay(c)TambetKask-082.thumb.jpg.1cd78e6e4c94adeb6fe3a07b1431d38b.jpg The clock has now been paused as the final three discuss a potential deal.
