Bingo loyalty wheel is not working right, level not get higher even bet

So, my question is is there some problem with bingo loyalty level and wheel because I count my bets in this month and it is over 30 euros but I havent reach new level? Little bit dissapointed because I have manage reach now level over 100 and just love that wheel spinning when get new level! So, maybe @MarcoV or @JeppeL can help with that :lovekiss:

Thanks @JeppeL I do hope @Martin1 manage solve my situation also, it definitely has been problem in my bingo account for a while but now I did have time and energy start count my bets and that make me ask help to fix it. Also in sometimes bingo loyalty levels go totally mad, couple of times, last time today it clear my loalty bar and show level 0-1 and right is over 100.

Sorry about the late reply, as we have been working on resolving the issue.

I can't say for sure whether you're effected, as loyalty depends on more than just wagering.
But our provider is working on a fix where any missing loyalty progress will be added.

Just thought that it also depend of wagering because why else in my loyalty wheel is text 30 euros? If play bingo over 30 euros should get new level but if that is not case I have to wonder what is idea of that or my hobby chasing levels.

Hi @desinere,

The amount you see in the centre of the wheel is the max amount of cash you are able to win with your next spin.

There is no fixed amount you need to wager to gain a new level, as it is based on much more than wagering.
As long as you are wagering and active in the bingo client on a regular basis, you should also level up regularly.
How regularly you level up is influenced by how much you wager though.
