I'm just going to open this thread for all kinds of malfunctions for slots, because not sure should they be put into bug reports or somewhere else. From time to time they seem to have just some kind of net/connection error, especially right when released, and this way people may be able to play those faster.
Feel free to move this to proper place if needed.

Today, it's the Fortunes of Sparta, which freeplay-feature doesn't work yet. Tried both way, when logged in and not logged in.

Yeah, it started to work at some point on yesterday evening, forgot to post ūüėŹ

P.S. Horrible sounds in this game :sad::speechless: What's up with the devs and their desire to make the background music and sounds to play only when there's a spin going on??
Sounds like a broken record to me, awful. Just awful.
Played like 50-100 spins for free, and I know I'm never gonna touch this game again. Can't listen that. Way to ruin a perfectly good slot experience.
Maybe the test teams have somekind of a$$-kissing contest at the office cos this got through without any heavy criticism.

I have a problem with Mega Fortune Dreams.When I start the game it shows 8 free spins but can not close that screen to proceede to the game.When I delete that notification in advance option then can not spin the wheel.

So sorry about the late reply guys.

@Rushbie and @CharismaMan is it still not working for you? Have you cleared cookies and cache? I can't replicate the issue but I'll ask the casino team to see if they can find out what's causing the bug if it's still there.

@XY Are you still having trouble with Mega Fortune Dreams? I don't see any rounds played on that slot game the 3rd of October. Any chance you remember the first day you noticed the bug?

If you're still experiencing issues, please clear cookies and cache and let me know if it's still not working.

Sadly still the same.Did the all things:cookies,cache ... 

Had few free spins from poker promotions and didnt have any problems.Cant remember on which games.

Hi all!

Apologies for a late response on this. I have been travelling on business for some time and have some catchup to do ;) Anyway, back in the game now.

First of all I appreciate the reports on games being down. As you know we take games from a wide list of suppliers and that sometimes create challenges. Just to give some background here; when we select a game for launch we do extensive testing. The game is setup and tested in a test environment to ensure everything is working. The game is further tested on different channels (web, mobile, app) and on different devices. If all things look ok we proceed with a launch on the live environment. However - from time to time there are connectivity issues that momentarily effect the uptime of the game. At Kindred, we have a 24/7 service desk monitoring issues and contacting suppliers when things are not right. Naturally the suppliers have their own monitoring as well.

I looked into the MegaFortune Dreams case specifically and the problems experienced are strange since we have not been able to replicate and we have not had any other reports on it. We will of course inform the supplier (NetEnt) about it. For the other games - I am guessing there was a temporary issue at the time but if it proves not to be - we will take needed action.

Not sure my reply is of much help here but again thanks for reporting and we'll make sure to do our best in not having issues like these.

Thanks to your report and us discussing with the supplier they've identified a bug and rolled out a fix. If you can please have a test and see if it works for you (I could not replicate it). Many thanks for reporting!

@Rushbie Is this game still bugging for you? I'll pass a report on to the technical team if so, but please also let me know that you've tried deleting cookies and temporary files in the browser, and if it works? Also, the device used is regular desktop?

On a seperate note, I moved the topic to the casino help board, this board wasn't made when you opened the thread originally, but I think it fits well here :)
