MarcoV
Thanks for providing the screenshot - I've forwarded this to the poker team. Can you please post some details on the device you're using? If you're using an Android device, go to "Settings". At the bottom you should see "About phone"/"About tablet". We need to know the Android version as well as what device you're using. Looks like you didn't miss any hand during the tournament but I can now see that you disconnected quite a few times indeed after checking the activity log. From my point of view, it looks like the issue is related to your internet connection but I can't confirm that yet (might be something else) - it just looks like I've seen this pattern before. As for the extra Community ticket, that was my fault. Forgot to remove duplicates before adding the tickets yesterday, so if you've posted more than once in the freeroll thread, there's a good chance you received more than one ticket :) The ticket has no value and will expire soon. MarcoV
@xaxi unfortunately, there's nothing we can do from our end to fix it. Here's the reply I got from the poker team:Yes it's a connection issue, the error code says "Failure with receiving network data." and since we didn't have any widespread disconnection issues during that period it's most likely on his end.
