dctrm1
Hi,It has now been approximately 2-3 weeks since I have been trying to verify my account. I keep sending documents (ID with both sides, and a crystal clear proof of address that I got stamped at the bank). I never get replies to tell me if the account has been verified or not and everytime I message to ask what is happening or if I need to provide any more information it's a different person who emails back asking for the same documents.I play poker accross a wide variety of websites and have never ever had any problems like this. I'm even willing to go the Unibet HQ to get my account verified.
dctrm1
Skilful Poker,I am a reg poker player and have just tried out Unibet Poker but am having the same issues. I really don't get what you mean by regs think these posts are illogical. If you're a reg then you must of played on numerous Poker websites. Have you ever had any issues like this? Because I sure as hell haven't.
SkilfulPoker
@dctrm1No I've never had any trouble on Unibet. I also don't see what the big deal is. Simply send requested documentation. As well as protecting Unibet from fraud, these procedures are in place to safeguard legitimate players.
dctrm1
@SkilfulPokerYou might not have personally have had any trouble on Unibet, not really an argument to debate that there are no problems at all though to be honest with you. So in my eyes what you said means nothing. You're also naively automatically assuming that me and people are not sending the required documents, which is not the case. Also being condescending and explaining to me why the procedures are in a place is bit disrespectful after I've just told you I am a seasoned online poker player.Regards
dctrm1
@SkilfulPoker And you've just said you've never had any trouble on Unibet, yet here I am browsing through the community topics and to my shock what do I see!?! .. A thread by you complaining about a deposit problem 2 weeks ago (y)
SkilfulPoker
@dctrm1 don't twist my statements please. I never had any problem that wasn't resolved in hours in these forums, there's a difference between feckless moaning, because you are a fraudster or lack basic ID documentation, and politely asking for help. Kindly don't tag me again unless you want me to continue to tell you how pointless and inane i find you crying and winging about basic player safety and anti fraud procedures. I'd save your energy for talking with the moderators who might actually be able to help you move your issue forward. It's also generally a good idea to open your own thread, so the community moderation team know you need some help. This thread is marked as resolved and a such will not be obviously in need of moderator help.
dctrm1
@SkilfulPoker,I have posted a thread and am waiting for a reply which is fine as I am poker player. Patience is something I have a lot of which is greatly needed when playing this beautiful game.On the other hand what I was complaining about was the way it is being dealt with. Being shuffled about through numerous employees, meaning I have to rexplain everything over and over again. And i'm not winging or crying, we are all adults here. And fraudster/ can't provide information, I am English with a French dual nationality living in London, this means all my information is secure and plentiful. I aboarded that topic in my last reply, it seems you have decided to ignore. I just don't understand why you're being so vehementAnyways thank you for humouring meRegards
MarcoV
Welcome to the community, @dctrm1.I've forwarded the case to the manager of the player safety department who will have a closer look at the whole process asap. You mentioned that you're living in London but you just changed the address on your account to somewhere else. There are also different addresses on the documents you've sent so we need to make sure if you live in London or at the address you recently updated. The first document you sent was the 31st of July so it hasn't been 2-3 weeks but I admit that the procedure hasn't been perfect. My colleague created a case with the first documents you sent. The documents you uploaded the following day directly via "My Account" created a whole new case which shouldn't have happened - usually there's only one case per customer regardless of when documents are being uploaded/attached.As for the missing emails, I can see that you changed your email address earlier today. Can you please check if you've received anything on old email address? As far as I can see, they should've been sent out whenever there's been an update.I hope we solve this quickly without too much further trouble.Moved posts from this thread Former community moderator
