Problem with Poker App since last update - App sometimes freezes

Hello

I have:

HTC 10

Android version 7.0

softwarenumber: 2.41.401.4

 

when I play on the poker app, and when I mark the 'fold on all bets', then I expierienced that the App freezes.

 

Somebody else has the same problem ?

Thanks for the report. Is it happening every time you press on 'fold to any bet' and if not, would you be able to estimate how often (e.g. around 10% of time)?

Does the app freeze on other circonstances or only when you press that button?

This happens when I play tournements.

It happens only when I pushed the 'fold to any bet' before it was my turn to play.

It happened after about 5 times I pushed the button. Then app and smartphone freezes.

Now I don't use this button any more, so I don't experience this problem anymore.

Thanks for the info @dJ_b0rG. Just to let you know, I'm changing the status to "investigating, but it will take just a bit longer than usual to be handled in these few summer weeks of the year :)

Yesterday I played some cash game, in order to test your app further.

I did not use the 'fold before your turn' button, so at first the app ran smoothly

However after about 10 min, when I tried to raise and thus used the raise button on the right of hte screen, the app froze.

I restarted the app and then after about 10 min play, the app automatically shut itself down.
