mahquel Posted July 27, 2017 Author Share Posted July 27, 2017 i am disgusted with this company. Friends warned me to stay clear Told me they had had funds taken from them. I didnt listen. Customer service dont care and goalposts just moved to stop you getting your money. they asked for ID and proof of address. Gave that and was told i was verifed and my withdrawal could go through. Then got told there was a technical error and withdrawal couldnt go through. said I had to withdraw to bank account. Withdrew to bank account and suddenly i needed to provide more documents. Usually we can communicate a reason and more details on the case when we receive a complaint here on the community, but I'm afraid I can't do it in this case. All I can say is that I've looked into it with two of my colleagues from the player safety department and came to the conclusion that we still need the documents in order to proceed with the withdrawal. If not, I don't really see why you don't just send it as requested? Saying your "friends had funds taken" doesn't exactly make you seem more genuine - only if you seriously violate the terms and conditions, funds will be confiscated. Hence why there has been a lot in the press about bookies underhand tactics. I have broken no terms and conditions and how can one day a document be ok and the next not. If you don't have them tell Unibet and see if they'll accept something else, or obtain them if the funds are signficiant enough. No offence but threads like this don't get a lot of sympathy from regular players here, as they are illogical. The energy you put into making the thread you could have put into obtaining the requested documents, so people tend to assume (well I do anyway) when I read these threads that there is some other ulterior reason why you aren't able to provide official documents.
