JokerJames95
Hello, I joined unibet poker after seeing a pocket fives promotion to receive a year of free poker go amongst other things. I had to achieve 150 loyalty points to be eligible for the offer. I am wondering whereabouts I can check the loyalty points balance? Is it unrelated to the challenge points? Thank you. JeppeL
@JokerJames95 Do you by any chance have a link to the exact promotion you signed up through? Just want to be sure how they explained the details, and the deal I see on their site at the moment has 2 months of training, but you need to email them to claim it. I did try clicking the offer to see what the bonus description would be on Unibet before signing up, but there weren't any mention of loyalty points needed either.@Rushbie Looks like it's only for new players who signs up through the link in that post :(/Jeppe Former Community Manager

JeppeL
Thanks a lot @JokerJames95, honestly I'm a bit unsure of what is meant by Loyalty Points as it's not a description we usually use. I've contacted someone within the company who'll hopefully be able to help regarding the specifics of the offer, when I hear something back I'll let you know here!/Jeppe Former Community Manager

JeppeL
Nice @JokerJames95, it's always best when the site in question handles the communication on these offers and we usually defer to them as they can respond better and more appropriately - hope it was good news :) Former Community Manager
