Valkyrie Posted June 21, 2016 Posted June 21, 2016 One thing I miss on the Unibet site is a direct link to the live chat on the front page. I know this is probably done on purpose because you want people to check the help section first, but it's a bit tedious to have to click three times to get there - first the "help" link to open a new window, then the "contact us" link - and then you have to scroll down to the bottom of the page to find the actual "chat" link. (Please, let me know if there is an easier way that I haven't found. :smileyhappy:) Wouldn't it be simpler to just put a direct link at the top of the site, or to minimize the clutter, maybe a little pull-down menu under the "help" link that lets you choose if you want to go to the FAQ section, open the live chat or get email/phone info?

At Unibet we know that we have a great group of helpful members who likes to share their knowledge, the proof is in the help section which is lighting up like a christmas tree with accepted solutions :) We'll be looking to integrate the community into the help section in the near future for a better overall experience.As for how it is at the moment, you sort of answer your own question - we really appreciate members looking in the help section before contacting us, as the answer is often there. There are some things though which you'll have to contact customer service, and I do believe that I can eliminate a click for you when in need of getting in contact with a service agent.Instead of clicking "Get help" at the top of the site, simply go to the bottom of the front page and press "Contact Us" - this will take you straight to the contact menu :) Former Community Manager

Naturally I always look for a solution in the help section or here before contacting support, but some things you know beforehand that only support can fix and that's when I'd prefer easier access to the live chat. I mean, I know where it is now, but I remember having real trouble finding that chat link the first time I needed to contact support, so I imagine it must be the same for new members who don't know their way around the site yet. Your suggestion did eliminate a few clicks, however, so appreciate that. :smileyhappy:
