Verification delay

I have changed my id and now i have a new location  . I have sent my documents ( my new id and bank statement )on 09.07 and still no answer from the verification team .I see no change in my account with my new adress .

I have sent my documents on Pokerstars on the same day , and in less than 5 minutes i had my account upgraded with my new details.

How is it possible after 10 days to have not my account upgraded with my new details?

Errhm. Why don't you change the address yourself? Sign in, go to my account, click edit details and write the new address. Takes one minute.

Did Unibet request the docs, or did you just send them without explanation? If so, they're just archived.

i thougjt it would be as Pokerstars when they did that . but no...Unibet didnt asked me to offer new documents it was from my side to send the new documents .

i see i can edit that but as i said i thought it would be made by some operator

 

p.s. my id was expired and i replaced it with a new . i send an e-mail to ask if there is necessary to resend the id and they said that is better to do that. so again i thought that the process might be similar with other poker rooms when they will change it

So if I understand it right? You did something which wasn't asked and expected something to happen which was never said to happen??? Why do you come here to complain then?

Just change your adress manually. Unibet will ask what they need when they need something. Sending them stuff that isn't necessary will just delay them.

I see now that the circumstances of ones birth are irrelevant... It is what you do with the gift of life that determines who you are.

Well now i have to comment @VikingsAF ❤️♥️❤️ off.

There is in every site that i know, chance to upload documents to get it easier for both customer and the company. And if @polarbear did that, now he is complainer? I would say good job for trying to keep information updated.

But yes, apparently there is no sense to upload to Unibet if they don´t ask, unless you think they want them in 3 months anyway because for example bills can´t be older than that so they will ask them again.

dude , you probably dont understand . I have changed my id , my location my everything from my original ID .In this case when you want to make a cash out you dont want to have unpleasure further investigations and account closed for x period .

If you change that that has nothing to do with the original adress you must sent them id to complete the verification .

The same i did on Pokerstars and they did that in minutes .

I am not even able to copy paste the e-mail i received from unibet after i sent my documents but it says that it will take few working days

I am doing this to be everything ok and do not have further problems.

So if you dont know the procedures please keep you silent

@polarbear, just to confirm - the documents were approved 9 days ago. 

Customer support forwarded the documents to the player safety department, just like the normal procedure. What went wrong afterwards is that we never changed the status of your document, as it was approved already. I had a chat with @ReCorpH and another colleague from the player safety department, who explained that they would usually remove/change the status of the old proof of address, add a new one and change it to approved right away, which would've triggered an email to you comfirming that the new document is approved.

In most cases the customers just update the address manually. It's nice of you to be one step ahead on stuff like this, and I'm sorry we didn't send you an email, confirming that the documents were approved - we'd usually do that but it clearly didn't happen in this case.

Not for my 2 cents but when I verified my account last year you didn't send me anything about the acceptance of my document only the status was changed.

Maybe becasue the verification request appeared and disappeared randomly (they showed up after login but disappeared after clicking on it and said everything is fgine) and I contacted the support why this happening. They told me that I need to verify my account. Not a big deal at all the post makes me memories only.

@MarcoV thank you for the updates in my case. 

Many people post only to accumulate another activity on the community without any clue how things works .

Hope people as viking would think twice next time when will post something and let the god damn official employee to answer at least in this section
