Software crashed refund request

Hi I was 4 tabling and software crashed, I was in the middle of a hand and just had 300 odd chips behind, and the software crashed, villian bet, and I timed out and folded. 

It was just a 1 euro SNG but all the buyins count... not sure what the policy is regarding software crashes? All my software is running fine it's just unibet that crashes now and again. I can play the web version without it crashing but that doesn't allow you to tile tables, and I was playing with tiled tables. 

Anyway if software crashes are in the refund policy, can you refund me the 1 euro sng , the hand AFTER the hand that crashed is #543491959 where i start the hand with 372 chips. Not sure how easy it is for you to see the hand before this, but I had trouble tracking it down as I was 4 tabling. If you need the actual hand that was open when the software crashed, I will try to find it. 

If the policy is software crashes don't trigger refunds then that's fine, just let me know! You will see the hand before the above hand, all 4 tables disconnected. As I had to log back in.

Does it happen often? You mentioned that it happens now and then but I had a quick look at your account history and didn't find any sign of disconnection besides this case (didn't go through the whole history so I might have missed something). If you experience this often, please create a bug report and we'll forward it to the poker team for further investigation.

@MarcoV Thanks Marco, yes it happens often if I'm using the desktop client, it's happened again since, but i manged to log back in , in time, 

Sure thing will file a bug report tonight. The reason there are no disconnection apart from today is because I always use the web client for this very reason, but now I'm trying to grind some SNG's the web client isn't really good enough, as I can't tile tables in the web client.
