Unibetclams
I've tried to get out my money for over a month. And unibet refuse to pay , even if i shown my passpord , bank cards. They want a card thats lost. And the bank wont confirm in an paper with stamp for unibet. ( cause they think their laundering money and a fraud). its like you know the bank is going to give you trouble, and you want that information. ( so unibet can keep their money)not even passpord, other cards that i used is no solution. Is there anyone that can find solutions out of the box? but again you still accept my money , but wont pay it out. Even after you wanted the information i deposited like 100 usd more, that you accept. But the other way it wont go. so is it a scam?
PokerAndBetting
I can assure you that Unibet is not scamming you. As long as you is the owner of the card you used for the deposit you will most likely get your money. But they have different rules for different Countries. Which papers needed and such. Good luck, I hope they can solve it for you, posting here usually helps. BonusPater
Something smells fishy. I've seen hundreds of cases like this with probably more than 50 different banks involved, and never has it been an issue to get a proof of ownership (except cases where the customer actually didn't own the credit card). I actually think there's a chance you're legally entitled to this document. You say the bank think Unibet is involved in fraudulent activity. Ask them to check the value of the Kindred Group share, and I think that's solved.
FeelsBadMan
I've been asked for that exact paper by another site, went to the bank, they didn't really know what I wanted cause people don't really ask for it, but I explained and they gave me what I needed. Don't let the bank people push you away cause they're too lazy to do it.
JeppeL
@Unibetclams I don't believe it's unfair to ask for proof of ownership of a credit card that's been used on your account, it was used after all.. NMPfan has great advice here: don't let the people at the bank push you away because they might not want to do it. Think about it, all you're asking for is proof that this card was yours - it won't take more than 2 minutes for a person there to write that "card xxx was owned by customer xxx", print, stamp and sign it. If they give you a hard time for whatever reason, I'd suggest mentioning that you're a paying customer and this is a very small thing to ask for. I know this can be done at the bank if asked properly, because I've had it done myself. Also, I had to change your community alias as the old one could easily be misinterpreted. /Jeppe Former Community Manager

Onemorebeerpls
Jeppe´s advice should work. I can´t believe they would refuse a nicely worded request for such a document.
Livertool
Doesn´t a card payment show who is the card owner anyways ? I always have thought is shows...and if does isnt it quite easy for Unibet to check from whos card the payment was made? And if the name is same as thread starter, wouldn´t that settle it? Lots of questions :DI guess there is possibility to someone get hold of someone elses card that has same name that his but i think that is quite a long shot. BonusPater
Unibet, or any other company for that matter, can't see who's the owner of the card - as far as I know. Again, I'm pretty sure you're legally entitled to a document stating the ownership of said card. I don't see why you'd even mention Unibet in this request. Simply ask the bank for a document that proves you've been the owner of the card. You're not the first person to experience a bank denying this request, but it's simply due to laziness or lack of knowledge, and the bank will always supply it, if you insist.
